Our premium lightweight Percolating Forestry Hose. Fire Break® II is a self protecting hose that by percolating (weeping) just the right amount of water through the jacket it provides even protection along its entire length. This is accomplished through the patented Mertex® method that uses a wicking system to wet the jacket of the hose. This special design ensures no unwanted water or pressure loss. The jacket itself is comprised of an all synthetic twill weave that is tightly woven for extra abrasion and snag resistance. Fire Break® II also withstands ozone, UV rays, rot and mildew. If you need a hose that has minimal friction loss with maximum flow, Fire Break® II fits the bill.
