Shipping Method

National Fire Fighter Corp. offers shipping through UPS. We choose UPS as our preferred shipper based on the value they provide for our customers, taking into account shipping times, delivery date reliability, rates and tracking capabilities. We offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver (guaranteed end of next business day) and Next Day Air (guaranteed by noon next business day).

When Orders Ship

If the products in your order are in stock, your order should ship the same day as ordered if placed before 2:30 pm PST. Occasionally, usually during the fire season, this is not possible, and your order will ship the next day. If you request Next Day service before 11:30 am PST, we will ship your order the same day it is placed. If your order is placed after 2:30 pm PST on Friday, it will ship the next Monday.

Shipping & Handling Charge

Our tiered, flat-rate Shipping & Handling Charge is based on the size of your order. This one time Shipping & Handling Charge guarantees:

• NO hidden fees
• NO extra shipping charges for backorders
• NO oversized package fees
• NO long-handled tool charges
• NO residential delivery fees

The tiered, flat-rate Shipping & Handling Charge applies to orders delivered by UPS to the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Most of our products/orders can ship by way of UPS. Orders that must be shipped by another method (e.g. freight truck) will incur actual shipping charges plus a $6.00 handling fee.

Exchanges

Unless due to our error, exchanges will incur actual shipping charges for shipments back to the customer. These charges could be less or more than the shipping charge on the original order. Freight charges, unless return or exchange is due to our error, will not be refunded. 

Time In Transit

Most orders will ship to you from Eugene, Oregon. The following chart shows the standard Time in Transit from our location. Orders that are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer may arrive sooner or later than the chart below.

International Orders

Orders shipping outside of the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii must be placed over the phone. Please call us at 1-541-485-3566 between the hours of 8am and 5pm PST to place your order. All international customers are responsible for duties and actual shipping charges plus a $6.00 handling fee.
